higher education institution in the heart of La Défense
Business District in Paris, on its US $375 million sale to
AD Education, a European higher education platform.
This transaction allows AD Education to strengthen
its leading position in the higher education sector in
Europe not only in the fields of creative arts but also
management and engineering.
