AiDiA
AiDiA is a network aimed at connecting
and empowering Black entrepreneurs in
Germany. It provides them with resources
and support to develop and scale their
innovative ideas. The AiDiA Pitch Event
is a competition where Black founders
pitch innovative ideas and start-ups,
creating a space for exchanging visions
and business ideas, and promoting a
more inclusive society. The event also
included speakers and live music,
offering a vibrant platform to showcase
projects, gain visibility, and connect
with potential investors and partners.
HL BaSE advised AiDiA on participant
agreements for the founder teams,
preparing and negotiating venue-related
contracts, and providing tailored legal
advice on all aspects of the event.
