SPARK: York CIC
SPARK is a community driven initiative
based in York and hosts an event space
for activities such as outdoor movie
screenings and vintage clothing markets.
SPARK is also a landlord for various
tenants who are food and drink, selfcare, and retail traders on the site. Its
event space has had an incredible
impact in the city of York and the wider
area since its inception, both as a
destination and as a hallmark of
sustainability and ethical development
and regeneration.
HL BaSE worked with SPARK employing
technologies including DraftXpress,
DocuSign, and Collaborate to provide an
efficient automated process for leases
being provided to new or existing tenants.
