Zeal Industries was founded to tackle
the planet’s most intractable social
challenges by harnessing the power
of technology for good. One example
is Zeal’s flagship product, Uptime
Rescue, a satellite-based wearable to
save lives at sea. Uptime’s ability to
enhance fisher safety and seafood
traceability was underlined by Zeal
winning the 2023 Responsible Seafood
Innovation Awards.
Our Amsterdam office advised the
founders on establishing a Dutch holding
company, as well as a subsidiary for
operational purposes. This set the scene
for Zeal to achieve a transformative
milestone by securing grant funding
from the European Space Agency, and
entry into its prestigious incubation
programme to continue its research
and development efforts in satellitebased solutions.
